Canteen
At Thomas Hassall Anglican College we place great emphasis on healthy eating and our canteen, which is called Mrs Riitano’s Kitchen. It serves 800 fresh meals week.
The daily special are cooked onsite, often including fresh ingredients grown in our vegetable garden, and are thoroughly enjoyed by the students (and staff). The kitchen staff are very passionate about healthy, appealing food, and the menu rotates regularly for variety and to take advantage of the best seasonal produce. We also love to host special ‘theme’ days and enjoy the occasional sausage sizzle fundraising event!
We partner with Munch Monitors for a cashless canteen and parents are able to set up accounts and manage their children’s spending.
