The cultivation of positive relationships between staff and students, as well as their families, is at the core of every day life of our College.
We recognise that these relationships are key to innovative learning and effective pedagogy and therefore we strive to provide a very professional and collegial atmosphere for our staff, which in turn allows our students to thrive and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Our staff, teaching and non-teaching, are all well qualified and engaged in regular professional learning to ensure they are inspired and encouraged towards continuous innovation and improvement. Our staff acts as positive role models and our Christian values are built into all programs with the aim to nurture the spirit and encourage the heart in a safe and supportive environment.
Staff are required to actively participate in church and, whilst at College, are engaged in devotions, worship and prayer groups.
